Ron Jurewicz is the Founder and President of InnerVision, a Business Leadership Coaching (BLC) consulting practice. As a Business Leadership Coach this work targets leaders who accept personal ownership for the value of their work, business relationships and business outcomes. Serving as a role model, Jurewicz uses Coaching as his personal leadership style that is demonstrated in all his working interactions.
Jurewicz’s background includes a proven track record in business formation and development– from start-up to financing, to operations and expansion. His entrepreneurial spirit resulted in the creation, funding and management of a publicly held service corporation – an experience that greatly influences the “business sense” prevalent in his work today.
With over 30 years of practice, his clients expand a variety of highly recognizable national and international companies including: Harley-Davidson, Rockwell Automation, Voith-Siemens, Northwestern Mutual, Assurant, Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewage District and Cobalt.
His passion gravitated over eight years of Contractor working with Harley-Davidson Motor Company. And has included work for Harley’s Work Group Advisers (WGA), their Training Facility Workgroup in Talladega, and nearly 50 Harley-Davidson Dealers as an Organization Excellence Lead in the H-D Performance Consulting program.
The final six years have been working with GradeBeam, a web-based solution connecting over 500,000 contractors across North America. This work included developing a business strategy, its implementation and securing intermediary funding that resulted in a high-value and profitable sale to a larger corporation, as part of their IPO goal that occurred in 2013.
Now retired, Jurewicz is looking for opportunities to lend his extensive experience, expertise and influence in various settings to impact the productivity, cohesion and profitability of an Organization, but on a limited basis.
